The World Youth Forum – World Cup 2026 Special, is an international initiative aimed at mobilizing young people around the world to promote peace, technology, and economic development through the lens of sport.
Following the success of its first edition held in Paris in May 2024 as part of the Olympic Games, this second edition will take place from April 15 to 17, 2026, in Miramar, Broward County, Florida, USA, one of the three host countries for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Theme : ‘“Sport, Economy, Innovation: The talent of young people in 2026, what paths for tomorrow?”
This special edition will create synergies with the world’s biggest soccer event. It is positioned as a platform for exchange, reflection, and action for young leaders committed to building a more peaceful and economically equitable world.
The Global Youth Forum will exclusively welcome young people with talents in at least one of the fields of sport, diplomacy, economics, or technology.
The objectives of Forum 2026
•Facilitate intercultural dialogue among young people around the world.
•Encourage extraordinary initiatives by young people.
•Identifying young talent in the fields of technology, diplomacy, and sports.
•Creating a force for proposals driven by young people to governments and international institutions.
•Creating a global network of young leaders committed to development in their countries.
•Taking environmental issues into account and pursuing sustainable growth.
Participation
The World Youth Forum, is a special event open to all young people around the world without any form of discrimination. Our teams will support selected participants during the preparatory phases of the Forum. Forum mentors will help participants identify, draft, and submit proposals for feasible and innovative projects.
Participant profile
- Young entrepreneurs;
- Young business managers;
- Young people from soccer training centers;
- Presidents of youth organizations;
- Students;
- Young people recommended by the government;
- Young people supported by universities.
Selection criteria
- Be between 16 and 25 years old;
- Have a special talent in one of the following areas: sports, culture, technology, economics, diplomacy.
- Have a valid passport (for non-US citizens)

Participation in the World Youth Forum is open to young people from all over the world, without any form of discrimination. Each registration will be subject to a profile review before validation.

Expected results
A final report will be published, summarizing the discussions and recommendations of the forum. It will be submitted to all multilateral and state supporters who enabled and participated in the organization of the event. Concrete initiatives will be encouraged and supported over time, including materially, until their completion, and an online network will be maintained to ensure ongoing collaboration between participants.
