International Youth Forum for Peace - Milano, Cortina Winter Olympics and Paralympics, Italy 2026 and the international perspective.

The International Youth Forum for Peace – special edition on the Milano-Cortina Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, part of the Gen26 Education Program, is an event that follows on from the success of the previous edition held in 2024 on the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Led by the Collective for a European Civic Service, in partnership with the Gen26 Program and with the exclusive participation of the European Cooperation System, the 2026 forum invites young people from around the world to discuss, share ideas, and develop innovative solutions to promote world peace and foster ties between individuals and peoples, in the spirit and continuation of the associated multilateral organizations. Through debates, interactive workshops, and networking sessions, the forum seeks to inspire young people to play an active role in building a peaceful and sustainable future.

This special edition, to be held from February 3 to 5, 2026, in Tremezzina and Lake Como, will aim to consolidate the foundations laid during the 2024 edition, while once again offering a range of opportunities for everyone to get involved in the activities and discussions on site.

By once again setting up collaborative workshops, interactive debates, and collective reflection sessions, the Forum aims to encourage civic engagement and social participation among young people, while promoting listening to the aspirations of global youth. The ideas and solutions developed will be supported over the long term to ensure their concrete implementation in favor of peace for the future and to enable the creation of a global network of committed young leaders. The event will also place particular emphasis on intercultural and interfaith dialogue in order to strengthen mutual understanding and ties between young people of different cultures and beliefs.

Any participant wishing to contribute to these themes and to the promotion of world peace is invited to join the Forum, bringing their motivation, reflections, and personal commitment to enrich the exchanges and collective projects.
