A FORUM FOR YOUNG TALENT

The World Youth Forum –  World Cup 2026 Special, is an international initiative aimed at mobilizing young people around the world to promote peace, technology, and economic development through the lens of sport.

Following the success of its first edition held in Paris in May 2024 as part of the Olympic Games, this second edition will take place from April 15 to 17, 2026, in Miramar, Broward County, Florida, USA, one of the three host countries for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Theme : ‘“Sport, Economy, Innovation: The talent of young people in 2026, what paths for tomorrow?”

This special edition will create synergies with the world’s biggest soccer event. It is positioned as a platform for exchange, reflection, and action for young leaders committed to building a more peaceful and economically equitable world.
The World Youth Forum will exclusively welcome young people with talents in at least one of the fields of sport, diplomacy, economics, or technology.

The objectives of Forum 2026

•Facilitate intercultural dialogue among young people around the world.

•Encourage extraordinary initiatives by young people.

•Identifying young talent in the fields of technology, diplomacy, and sports.

•Creating a force for proposals driven by young people to governments and international institutions.

•Creating a global network of young leaders committed to development in their countries.

•Taking environmental issues into account and pursuing sustainable growth.

WHO CAN REGISTER FOR THE FORUM?

Participation in the World Youth Forum 2026 is open to young people from all over the world, without any form of discrimination.

DOES THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE SUPPORT THE CANDIDATES?

Yes, each application will be subject to a profile review before approval. Full or partial funding, or simply acceptance of participation without funding, may be decided unilaterally based on criteria such as geographical distance, social circumstances, and the merits of the application.

WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT WILL CANDIDATES RECEIVE?

Selected candidates will receive support tailored to their profile on three levels:

1 – Fully funded participation (visa assistance + airfare + accommodation +  transportation during the Forum + meals)

2 – Partially funded participation (visa assistance + accommodation +  transportation during the Forum + meals)

3 – Unfunded participation (visa assistance +  transportation during the Forum + meals)

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS WILL THE FORUM HOST?

The forum will welcome 300 participants from a representative sample of all Member States and observers to the United Nations.

Will successful candidates receive assistance with visa applications and logistics?

Yes, a special unit is on hand to assist with visas, flights, and accommodation in Florida.

Will certificates be awarded to all participants in the World Youth Forum?

Yes, international certificates will be awarded during the closing ceremony of the forum in the presence of officials.

Registration for the World Youth Forum – Miramar, Florida 2026 opens on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Florida time.

Can candidates receive support from their country's government, university, or company?

Yes, candidates can request assistance from their country’s government, university, or company.
If they are sponsored by a public or private organization, they must register on the forum website and send us an email explaining their situation to the following address: [email protected].

It is essential for citizens who do not reside in the United States of America to comply with the conditions for entry into the United States. All selected participants must have a valid passport and, depending on your nationality, a visa or electronic travel authorization (ESTA). We strongly recommend that each forum participant check the specific requirements now and begin the process with the U.S. consular authorities in their country.
